The Millau 100 km isn’t just a single race! Every year, the Millau 100 km organization offers a true ultra-distance rendezvous in Millau: on the last Saturday of September, it brings together three flagship events, gathering the national elite and enthusiasts of all levels.
This is how the day takes runners on a journey through the landscapes of the Aveyron, in Occitanie, from the Tarn valley to Saint-Affrique 🧳. Created in 1972, the Millau 100 km has become the unmissable ultra-distance road running rendezvous in France, with nearly 1,700 finishers across all events combined in 2025, united around the same symbol, the Millau Viaduct. After getting hearts racing on the 23 km half (50 m D+), then on the marathon (42 km and 220 m D+), it’s the mythical 100 km course with 1,100 m D+ that closes this edition of the Millau 100 km in style.
