Fancy a trail that smells of alpine pasture grass and the ringing of cowbells? The Berglauf Rinderberg Zweisimmen awaits you in the heart of the Obersimmental, in the canton of Bern! 🏔️

On the menu: 12.87 km of pure mountain, with trails, panoramas and sections that get your thighs burning. Here, nature is the real star, and the Rinderberg won't be tamed without a little breathlessness. You'll quickly understand that the view has to be earned, but that it's worth every stride 🌲.

Coming with the family? The juniors have their own challenge with a 2.8 km course, ideal for clocking their first mountaineer kilometres. You might just end up having to chase after them! 👟

Once you've crossed the line, the best is yet to come. Start by strolling through Zweisimmen, with its wooden chalets and alpine village atmosphere, before treating yourself to a well-deserved hot chocolate ☕.

If you still have some energy in your legs, take the gondola up the Rinderberg from the village to see your playground from above, effortlessly this time. Then head to Gstaad, just a few minutes away, for a chic stroll through its pedestrian streets. To recover, head to Lenk: its thermal baths are perfect for relaxing your muscles, and the waterfalls of the Simmenfälle are right nearby. You'll leave with your eyes full of memories and a beautiful medal in your bag! 💧
