In Zakopane, Breath Run isn’t just a race: it’s a get-together with real breath—literally and figuratively 💨.
You set off on 5 km in the city, in the unique atmosphere of the Tatra County, with the mountains close by to remind you that here, the air is a character all on its own 🏔️.
The real driving force is the cause: the event is led by the Polish Cystic Fibrosis Society, and you’re putting your steps at the service of a simple message: breathing matters ❤️.
And there’s zero pressure: you can do these 5 km running, walking, or Nordic walking, with a generous time limit so everyone can enjoy it, from beginners to regulars 🧭.
And after you cross the finish line, I’ll guide you just a stone’s throw from the start: go for a stroll along Krupówki (Zakopane’s liveliest street), take a detour to the ski jumps at Wielka Krokiew, soak up some history at the Muzeum Tatrzańskie, and finish with a relaxed session at Termy Zakopiańskie to recover without rushing 🛁.
You’ll head home with happy legs, happy lungs, and the feeling you ran (or walked) for something bigger than yourself—in short, a run that rhymes with meet-up 😉.
A next-gen platform helping sports enthusiasts of all levels discover territories and heritage through races tailored to them.
