Dingle Marathon 2026

Run one of the most scenic marathon routes in the world! Dingle Marathon takes place on the Dingle Peninsula in County Kerry, along the famous coastal route Wild Atlantic Way 🏃🌊. Runners can choose from the full marathon (42.2 km), half marathon (21.1 km), and an ultra run. The course leads through the charming town of Dingle, the winding roads of Slea Head Drive perched above dramatic drop-offs, and green hills with views of the wild Atlantic and the Blasket Islands.

After conquering this spectacular route, the Dingle Peninsula invites you to relax in a truly Celtic atmosphere! Take a walk or drive the iconic Slea Head Drive – this stretch offers breathtaking viewpoints over powerful ocean cliffs 🌊. Visit Dingle Oceanworld Aquarium right by the harbour to see penguins and sharks, or spend time on the wide, sandy Inch Beach 🐧🏖️. And to finish, take a trip over the narrow and dramatic Conor Pass (one of the highest roads in Ireland) or book a boat tour to the wild, uninhabited Great Blasket Island ⛰️🚤.
