And the best part is the after: you recover at an easy pace with a stroll around the Étang de la Châtaigneraie, you go breathe deep in the Forêt de Fougères (right next door), you head over to the medieval town of Fougères for its impressive castle, or you dash off to Ernée to wander around and grab a seat on a terrace 🍹.
