Jihlavský Půlmaraton 2026

The half-marathon course (21.097 km) and accompanying races (relays and shorter distances are often organised too) lead both through the charming cobbled lanes of the historic centre and through green riverside parks🚗. Exploring Jihlavské podzemí: A must on the itinerary! The Czech Republic’s second-longest network of underground corridors (as much as 25 km) hides the famous, mysterious “glowing corridor,” whose walls emit a greenish light. It’s an incredible, cool hideaway for an afternoon walk 🔦.

A visit to ZOO Jihlava: Considered one of the most beautiful and most family-friendly zoos in the Czech Republic. It’s famous for breeding rare marmoset species and for its unique tropical pavilion. The perfect spot for a calm, restorative stroll after the race 🐒.

Romantic relaxation at Masarykovo náměstí: One of the largest market squares in Central Europe delights with beautiful Renaissance and Baroque townhouses and the Gothic Church of St. James the Greater. An evening spent in one of the local cafés has a truly special vibe 🏛️.

Traditional Czech classics and local beer: After burning hundreds of calories, you need to properly recharge.
