The event in a few words

Time for a running journey through time in the very heart of Grudziądz, where history meets your sporting spirit! The Orsza Run is not only a fight for time on the course—it’s above all a run through unique corners of the city that remembers the Middle Ages. Depending on how hard you want to test yourself, you can take on the 10 km distance or choose a shorter, dynamic 5 km run. Show that you’ve got a character as tough as the walls of Grudziądz Castle—and legs that carry you straight to gloryšŸ†.

After crossing the finish line, Grudziądz offers you not only well-earned rest, but also a dose of knowledge about the region:

Head to the Nadwiślańskie Meadows, where from the Vistula riverbank you can admire the famous Grudziądz granaries ā€“ the city’s calling card, which looks majestic and is perfect for a commemorative photo with your medalšŸ“ø.

Visit the Grudziądz Citadel, one of the best-preserved fortresses in Poland, hiding plenty of mysterious corridors and fortifications—a walk through it is great recovery for your legs and a feast for an explorer’s spiritšŸ°.

Take your loved ones for a walk on Castle Hill, from where a beautiful panorama of the Vistula Valley and the Old Town unfolds—an ideal place for a moment of calm after the race🌳.

To replenish your energy after the run, be sure to order a traditional Kuyavian meal, which tastes superb in the local restaurants and will have you back on your feet in no timešŸ².

Remember that Grudziądz lies in the heart of Kuyavia, close to Toruń and Chełmno, so you can easily plan a whole weekend here full of history and active relaxation! Will you be at the start line of this unique racešŸƒ?
