If you’re in the mood for a race that smells like Brittany and trails that crunch under your shoes, Plogastrail in Plogastel-Saint-Germain is going to be a treat 🍃.

Here, you come to enjoy yourself in a natural and forest setting: winding paths, quiet spots where you hear nothing but your breathing… and sometimes a little “ploga” in the mud, just to earn that crêpe afterward 😉.

You pick your adventure à la carte: youth race (ages 7–13) to bring the family along, or 5 km, 8 km, 12 km, 15 km or 22 km depending on how you feel that day—from a brisk stroll to the big loop that’s an absolute feast for the eyes 🧭.

And after the effort, you can keep the good times going right near the start: a trip to Quimper for a walk around the historic center, a detour to Locronan (one of the nicest spots in the area), a breath of fresh air at the Bay of Douarnenez to see the sea, or a stroll along the Odet if you want to end the day in laid-back mode 🚶‍♂️.
