4 reasons to join this race

🙏 Running for a good cause
A very rare genetic disease, cystic fibrosis affects the respiratory and digestive systems. In 2019, in France, over 40 people died from it. The Rando Muco is an opportunity to push yourself for a good cause and it's only by mobilizing everyone that research can progress! 😇
🥁 A festive atmosphere
One of the key words when talking about trail running is still a good atmosphere. The Rando Muco does not deviate from this rule 🎉. More than 120 musicians will be present, fanfare meals, and activities will be organized, for your greatest pleasure 🤗. A concert at the Loc-Envel church will be offered, and on the menu, it's Basque chicken and couscous! Enough to satisfy your stomach 😋.
🚴 Numerous activities
The Rando Muco isn't just about trail running. On the program are hiking trails (with no less than 11 routes 😉), Nordic walking, but also mountain bike raids and motorcycle-road tours. It's a big gathering taking place in Belle-Isle-en-Terre. Speaking of various activities, climbers and sharp shooters will also be on hand, with a climbing wall available at the start/finish village for children, and a paintball field. 🧗‍♂️
🌿 A region appreciated by trail runners
The Côtes d'Armor, this authentic region between land and sea, is full of trails and paths for hiking and trail running. Its topography allows runners to find all types of routes, each with some rolling hills. It is in these hills around Belle-Isle-en-Terre that many local trail runners train.
