On the program: a sprint duathlon: you run, you ride, you run again. A short and punchy format, ideal for having fun without leaving your legs behind. Everything takes place in town, so the streets become your playground and the locals cheer you on from their terraces 🏁.

And after the effort, start with the Casas Cueva of Rojales, those cave houses carved into the rock, well worth a detour for an unusual break 🏡. Then head to Guardamar del Segura, only a few minutes away. And if you still have some energy left, head to Torrevieja to discover its salt flats and pink lagoons, where flamingos sometimes put on a show 🦩.
