As part of the 5th Mouflon Run Festival, the route for the first time extends beyond the city limits, leading runners through picturesque villages near Świdnica: Jaskulin, Siodłkowice, Szymanów, Modlęcin, and Olszany 🌲. The start is scheduled for 9:00 AM right from the atmospheric Market Square, and the time limit is 3 hours, allowing you to leisurely admire the charms of Lower Silesia 🏰.
After this premiere effort, the area offers plenty of ways to celebrate:
✨ Relax in the Market Square: After the decoration, it's worth staying in the heart of Świebodzice to feel the sporting atmosphere and have lunch in one of the local townhouses 🍽️.
🏰 Książ Castle: It's just a few minutes away! You can take a walk on the terraces or visit the herds of stallions, which would be an ideal rest for tired legs 🐎.
🌿 Pełcznica Gorge: If you still have strength in your legs, the forest paths towards Wałbrzych offer an amazing microclimate and shade, perfect after the June run in full sun 🌳.
🥐 Regional delight: Be sure to try Lower Silesian honeys or products from local apiaries, which often appear at Świebodzice fairs 🍯.
This run has been included in the Lower Silesian Half-Marathon Crown, so it's a must-have event on the calendar for every running trophy collector 🏅!
A next-gen platform helping sports enthusiasts of all levels discover territories and heritage through races tailored to them.
