At the Trail des fouss, you come for some nature… and you leave with a big “crazy” fresh-air smile 😄.

Le Fousseret, in Haute-Garonne, is Occitanie in its authentic version: trails that smell of the forest, quiet corners, and an atmosphere where you quickly feel like a local 🌲.

As for formats, you choose your adventure: 6 km to enjoy yourself without burning out, 10 km to play with the terrain, 14 km to savor it longer, and 20 km for a true nature getaway that makes you say “again” (afterwards) 🧭.

And if you want to share it on four paws, the 6 km Canitrail/Canicross is there: a great chance to run in sync with your dog, without taking it in the snout… uh, the head 🤝.

After the effort, stick around: take a trip to Rieux-Volvestre for a stroll through a lovely little town, head up to Saint-Bertrand-de-Comminges to be blown away, or treat yourself to a break in Martres-Tolosane (with its art-and-history vibes) 🍽️.

If you’re coming as a couple or with family, go for a peaceful walk along the Garonne around the Volvestre area, or a snack/terrace break in Le Fousseret to relive the race… local-legend style 🥾.
