The event in a few words

If you want a trail that smells of Brittany and adventure, the Trail of the Couesnon Valley in Mézières-sur-Couesnon puts you straight in the right rhythm 🌿.

Here, you follow the valley, juggling between woodland, paths in nature and more hilly spots where you tell yourself “okay, that’s why I came” 🏞️.

You choose your dose of fun: 8 km for a big breath of fresh air, 12 km to stretch out the outing that bites just the right amount, 20 km to enjoy yourself for a long time, or 50 km if you really want to give your day to the Couesnon (and your ego while you’re at it) 🔥.

My local tip: start easy, keep your eyes open, and enjoy the changes in atmosphere, because here the scenery does part of the work… and you do the other 😅.

After the finish, don’t rush off: a few minutes away, you can go get a dose of heritage in Fougères and its castle, head over to Vitré for a stroll in the historic center, or treat yourself to a getaway to Mont-Saint-Michel to end the day with your head full of images ✨.

And if you’re coming as a duo or with family, save a little energy for a walk along the Couesnon or a drink on a terrace nearby: you’ll see, you recover better here when you take your time (Couesnon flows… and so do you) 🍻.
