Contest Rules

Article 1: Organization

The company Finishers (hereinafter referred to as "the Organizer") is organizing a free contest without any purchase obligation, available on the finishers.com website and via a pop-up on the marathons.com website.

Article 2: Contest Duration

The contest runs from Thursday, February 26, 2026, at 11:00 AM to Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at 10:00 AM (Paris time). Any entries submitted outside this period will be considered invalid.

Article 3: Participation Conditions

The contest is open to any adult individual. To validate their participation, the user must:

• Fill out the entry form (Name, First Name, Email, Language of Correspondence).
• Agree to subscribe to the newsletters of the Organizer and its identified partners (Finishers, Rome Marathon, and Marathons.com).

Only one entry per person is permitted.

Article 4: Prizes

5 "International Marathons" packages are up for grabs. Each package exclusively includes:

• 1 bib for the 2026 Berlin Marathon.
• 1 bib for the 2026 Rome Marathon.

Article 5: Prize Limits and Conditions

• Exclusions: The prize only includes race registration. Transport, accommodation, food, travel insurance, or any other personal expenses are the sole responsibility of the winners.
• Non-transferrable: Each bib is strictly personal.
• Resale prohibition: Reselling or transferring the bibs to a third party is strictly prohibited. In case of fraud, the prize will be canceled without compensation.
• No deferral: If the winner is unable to participate (injury, personal reasons, etc.), no deferral to a later edition or financial compensation will be granted.

Article 6: Winner Selection

The drawing will be conducted internally on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, after the contest closes, using the AppSorteos application.

The 5 winners will be contacted by email within 48 hours. If no response is received within 7 days, the prize will be deemed forfeited and may be re-awarded.

Article 7: Personal Data

By checking the consent box on the form, participants agree that their data (name, first name, email, language) will be collected by Finishers and shared with the partners mentioned in Article 3 (Rome Marathon and Marathons.com) for marketing and personalized communication purposes.

In accordance with the GDPR, each participant has the right to access, correct, and withdraw their consent from the Organizer.
