Dear Finisher, a 100% women-only race in the heart of May, that's what the Sarabande of the girls of La Rochelle offers you 🏃♀️! In a festive and very convivial spirit, this event takes place in the jewel of Charente-Maritime in Nouvelle-Aquitaine. The Sarabande is above all a very beautiful city race that explores the seaside 🌊.
It's festive and it's not over! If you have a sense of originality, you can come in costume ! 🤪
After the race, La Rochelle is idyllic for strolling. The Old Port is a must-see and its Saint-Nicolas and Chain Towers are the city's emblem ⛵️. Between the churches, timber-framed houses, grand shipowners' hotels, and popular quays, everything is there for you to enjoy the sea air ⚓️. And to properly rejuvenate, discover the local treats: pavés de La Rochelle, broken wood and Charente galettes are to be eaten on-site and taken away!
