The event in a few words

Impossible to resist the call of the Trail de Pommard, a nature race that takes you running right into the heart of Pommard, in Côte-d’Or, amid the iconic landscapes of Bourgogne-Franche-Comté 🍇. Held in February, this winter trail offers two accessible distances, designed for nature-running enthusiasts as well as trail runners looking for a lively early-season challenge. Here, you come for the sensations, elevation gain tailored to you, and above all a unique immersion between vines, paths, and Burgundy’s rolling terrain.

The playground is typically vineyard and hilly, alternating white gravel tracks, natural trails, and sections right through the vineyards 🌿.

The routes offer a playful profile, with some great pick-ups and a few stretches that remind you that winter running takes a bit of management. The 9 km format is ideal for discovering trail running or getting your legs back, while the 15 km offers a more complete outing without going to extremes.

What really sets the Trail de Pommard apart is its exceptional setting, deeply rooted in the village’s identity 🍷. Running among the vineyards, in scenery steeped in history and heritage, gives the race a special flavor. It’s a trail where the landscape is clearly part of the experience, as much as the effort.

Around the courses, the atmosphere is meant to be friendly and local, driven by dedicated volunteers and a village spirit that’s a pleasure to see 😊. The Trail de Pommard is also a chance to share a simple, authentic, and warm sporting moment, true to the Burgundian spirit.

A trail that stings the legs a bit, warms up the atmosphere… and makes you want to come back to savor the scenery 😄.
