The <a href="https://www.escalosud.com/en/canyon-du-tapoul/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Gorges du Tapoul</a> are not far, and the local <a href="kavval://tags/cliffs" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">cliffs</a> delight canyoning and via ferrata enthusiasts. It's in this privileged setting that you'll have the privilege of running 🏃‍♀️.The organizers of the Trail de Rousses take advantage of the exceptional scenery around the commune to offer you an enjoyable experience, respecting the <a href="kavval://tags/off-road" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">nature</a> 🌳. It's in this spirit of respect that the only &nbsp;<a href="kavval://pages/19c6236d-b5b7-431a-87ba-e50b74dcd383" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">trail</a>&nbsp;route of the race was born: 13 km. A perfect distance for beginners 👶. 700 mD+ awaits you on the challenge, where you will traverse the reliefs of the south of the commune. After the challenge, this family trail offers you a fresh beer (to be consumed in moderation) with all the volunteers, locals from the village 📍. For those who wish to extend the evening 🪩, the organizers have prepared a dancing evening with a DJ so you can light up the dance floor and show your best moves!🕺Around the race, this magnificent department awaits nature lovers! You'll have plenty to choose from with four major geographical zones 🌍: the <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Margeride" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Margeride</a>, heavily <a href="kavval://tags/forest" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">wooded</a> with long streams, the <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aubrac" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Aubrac</a> with its rivers and <a href="kavval://tags/lakes-ponds" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">lakes</a>, the Cévennes Lozériennes, between the <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mont_Aigoual" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Mont Aigoual</a> and <a href="https://www.en.lozere-tourisme.com/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Mont Lozère</a>, and finally, the <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Causses" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Causses</a> and its <a href="https://www.cevennes-gorges-du-tarn.com/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Gorges du Tarn</a>. There is something for everyone: full-on nature with the European Bison Reserve in Margeride 🦬 or a bit urban with <a href="kavval://cities/fe4970f0-f33b-45df-be19-4d56b5b0e29c" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Mende</a> and its cathedral ⛪️, its Notre Dame bridge... The Château de Saint-Alban-sur-Limagnole 🏰 or the Manor of Issenges will delight history and <a href="kavval://tags/castle" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">castle</a> enthusiasts.
