No way you can miss the Even Trail! In Esvres, in Indre-et-Loire, in the Centre-Val de Loire region, you’ll be able to take part in a very special race. No need for gimmicks—stay as natural as can be. This trail is known for its routes that weave through mostly wooded paths and its river crossings, where you’ll literally have your feet—and even your knees—in the water. But watch out ! Beneath its angelic looks 👼, this race has a few surprises in store 😈. The challenge will be there! In the middle of November, rain will be your worst enemy. It will turn the trails muddy and waterlogged, so beware of slippery climbs! But nothing stops you, so lace up your trainers and off you go!
You’ll have three distances to make your thighs roar! At 12km and 22km, these routes will take you to pound the tracks and trails of the Echandon Valley. Over there, the little steep ramps will remind you that the region isn’t actually that flat! You’ll be able to work hard and burn all the calories you wanted 🤙. We know it: before the holidays, you want to be in shape to go the distance at family meals. You’ve come to the right place to keep your figure 💁♀️. And one small note : Ladies, a 7km course is entirely reserved for women 🦹♀️.
For sightseeing, know that the village is just a stone’s throw from Tours, a city with a thousand architectural treasures. After the race, your stomach will be celebrating too, with rillettes, rillons, Sainte-Maure-de-Touraine PDO goat’s cheese, and nougats, along with a glass of Loire Valley wine 😋.
