The Trail de la Fougère in Heugas is your shot of nature in the Landes, with that little taste of adventure that makes you forget everyday life 🌿.

You choose your format: 8 km to treat yourself without your thighs eating you alive, or 15 km to go chase that “wow” in full-on fern mode… but not totally feral 🏃‍♂️.

The terrain is playful, the scenery smells of Nouvelle-Aquitaine, and the atmosphere is designed so you head home with your head full of memories, not just mud on your shoes 🧭.

And if you come as a tribe, it’s even better: there are also kids & juniors courses, so everyone gets to live their own little epic and the family can team up without any hassle 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦.

After the effort, keep the journey going: take a trip to Dax for a relaxing break and a stroll around town, head over to Saint-Paul-lès-Dax to catch your breath by the lakes, or make for Hossegor and Capbreton for an end of day between ocean, harbor, and a well-deserved sunset 🌅.
