You pick your format depending on your mood that day: a 4 km to ease into it, distances around 10–11 km to enjoy yourself without burning out, the 21.0975 km and the 23 km to play for longer, then 42 km, 60 km and 100 km if you really want to earn yourself a story to tell.

And if you like it when the night adds some extra spice to the scenery, the 7 km night version is a little gem: you run in the dark, but the atmosphere lights you up—I promise 🔦.
