Here we offer you a dream trip to one of the most popular islands ๐๏ธ in Spain; Ibiza! ๐ช๐ธ No worries about temperatures that may seem a bit excessive during certain periods on this island, the race we present to you takes place in the month of October ๐ก๏ธ, a perfect season not to burn under the Spanish sun. Without further ado, we present the Ibiza Trail Festival! The trail takes place in Sant Antoni de Portmany, and runs through several beautiful areas of the island! ๐
Since last year, this event offers 3 new distances: a Marathon, which isn't really one as it's a trail of 48 km! ๐ช A Semi-Marathon, which often goes hand in hand, offering 28 km ๐. And for those who prefer to tackle shorter distances, either to go faster or to have fewer aches, there is the "Starter", an incredible trail of 11 km! ๐ค Well, now that you know a little more about what awaits you, let us tell you about the environment: On the marathon, you will pass through the small village of Santa Agnรจs de Corona and its white-painted houses ๐คฉ. On the semi, there will be beautiful climbs around Sant Antoni and stunning views of the coastline. The Ibiza Trail Festival consists of challenging races in magnificent settings, with kind people and top-notch organization! ๐
Ibiza Trail Festival, as its name suggests, is a trail but also a festival! ๐ This means that during the event weekend, the trail will be accompanied by a series of events, offers, and activities to fully enjoy sports, music, and gastronomy ๐ค.
To ensure your stay goes even better than expected, you need to take some time to explore the island! ๐ธ You can start at the beginning by strolling through the old town of Ibiza, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site ๐. Continue your adventure by visiting the spectacular Cave of Can Marรงร , an old smuggler's hideout turned tourist site ๐. Enjoy the pristine beaches like Cala Comte, perfect for relaxing and savoring an unforgettable sunset ๐ , if time allows you may even get a swim in!

In the 48 km marathon, the start will be in Sant Antoni de Portmany, and it will follow the same route as the 28 km for 14 km. You will then take a path towards Santa Agnรจs de Corona until the region of Es Broll. From there, the course returns towards El Pla, and around km 34, it joins the return path to Sant Antoni, which is shared with the 28 km course to the finish line โต.
As with the other races, the 28 km start is on the promenade, you'll have to overcome the first positive elevation at Sa Talaia de Sant Antoni, then head towards the heart of the town. At km 10.5, you will have reached nearly 600 meters of positive elevation. The course continues on trails with medium technical level, with a climb up to km 15, where the second refreshment station is located. The course turns back towards the finish line by hugging the coast, offering you a view of the coastline of Sant Antoni de Portmany ๐.
The "Starter" 11 km route takes place near the city center, with a good positive elevation gain in the first kilometers, followed by a second half with breathtaking views of the coastline of Sant Antoni de Portmany ๐.
Bib collection will take place on Friday, October 24, 2025, from 4 PM to 8 PM, at the Blau Park Hotel in Sant Antoni de Portmany (Calle Velรกzquez 9) and on Saturday, October 25, 2025, from 7 AM to 9 PM, in the starting area.
Here are the starting times:
7:30 AM: 48 km
8:30 AM: 28 km
10 AM: 11 km
To participate in the marathon, you must be at least 18 years old.
For the 48 km distance, it is essential to bring a headlamp (running light), a charged mobile phone, a windbreaker or a raincoat (depending on the weather), a cup, and a thermal blanket.

For the starting distance, no equipment is required, but it is essential to bring your own cup if you plan to get refreshments.
Here is the number of refreshment stations present on each of the courses:
48 km: 5 refreshment stations plus one at the finish line
28 km: 3 refreshment stations plus one at the finish line
11 km: 1 refreshment station plus one at the finish line
Trophies will be awarded to the top three overall finishers and the top finisher in each category of each event.
