Each participant will have access to the aid stations set up along the route and after the finish line. When leaving an aid station, each participant must ensure they have the amount of water and food they will need to reach the next one.
MANDATORY: For reasons aimed at ensuring safety and the smooth running of the event, each participant must present themselves at the start with a hard-shell helmet on their head with the chinstrap fastened and keep it on for the entire duration of the race.
