La Belle Accueil is the perfect meet-up if you want to treat yourself between village lanes, nature trails and the Isère forest, all in Saint-Marcel-Bel-Accueil, in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes 🌲.

Here, you run (or walk) in a spot that has a knack for making you forget the daily grind: it starts with a in-town vibe, then you quickly break away onto green paths that smell like the undergrowth, with just enough elevation to put a smile on your face when you pick it up again 🥾.

You choose your format depending on your mood: 5 km to test yourself without making life complicated, 11–12 km for a real breath of fresh air, 16 km to savor it over time, and 25 km if you want the big “Belle” version—the one where you take the time to see it all 👀.

After the effort, stick around: hop over to Crémieu for its medieval charm and little squares, head on to Vienne for the atmosphere and Roman remains, or go unwind at the nearby Lac de Frétigny for a peaceful break; and if you want to extend things in strolling mode, the Isle Crémieu valley opens its arms to you for a calm end of the day.
