Les Foulées Upiennes 2026

Fancy a MTB and trail outing that smells of the Drôme and tracks that crackle under your tyres? Les Foulées Upiennes is Upie in full nature mode, with a festive vibe and a start right near village life, so you can ride… then enjoy 🌿.

Here, you choose your adventure: 10 km to have fun without burning out, 15 km to start playing, 21 km to put a real rider’s grin on your face, or 25 km to go for the beautiful loop (and there’s even a non-timed version if you want to savour it without watching the clock) 🚵‍♂️.

And after the race, don’t pack up too fast: just a few minutes away, you can head to Crest and climb up to the Tower of Crest for the view, pop over to Livron-sur-Drôme for a peaceful stroll, or settle in at Valence for a drink on a terrace and a walk around the town centre. If you’re in family/couple mode, a picnic by the Drôme and a sunset always does the trick… 😉
