Looking for a race that's different? The Poly Raid in Saint-Martin-d'Hères is a multi-activity format in the city, featuring orienteering, run & bike, canoeing, and a biathlon to finish with burning legs... but with a smile!
Depending on your mood of the day. You have 4 courses to choose from, from easy-going fun to a real technical adventure:
Green Course 🟢 (4.75 km) Well-being version untimed. Ideal for discovering, coming as a duo, or running “without a clock but with style.”
Blue Course 🔵 (18.1 km) Competitive and complete: CO (university) 6 km + canoe 5 km + run & bike 5.6 km + biathlon 2×750 m⚡. Perfect if you want to work on your pace, acceleration, and effort management.
Red Course 🔴 (24.1 km) Here, we add some spice: CO (Bastille) 6 km + D+ 300 m through the switchbacks (2.5 km)🔥. Ideal if you like changes in rhythm, route choices, and a cardio workout that rises with the view.
Black Course ⚫ (30.3 km) The final boss: Longer CO, biathlon 2×1.1 km and D+ 600 m through the stairs of the Bastille🧗. Here, strategy is as important as your legs: precise navigation, quick transitions, and strong mindset.
And after the effort. Stay in the area for a well-deserved real recovery:
• Go up to the Fort de la Bastille in Grenoble (cable car or on foot). Panorama over the mountains... and a mandatory photo session! 📸
• Stroll through the center of Grenoble. Terrace, alleyways, and a short walk in the Jardin de Ville to bring the heart rate down 🌿.
• Nature break at Lake Laffrey. Lakeside, picnic, and active recovery with the family! 🚶
