If this quote speaks to you, it's because you are a fan of F1 and you know the Monza circuit 🤓. Engine on, cardio ready to heat up, tires sneakers well inflated: you are ready to start the Run For Life at Monza 🏎️. This event is the only race where you can feel like Charles Leclerc 🔴 on the starting grid and Kipchoge in the elite corral 🏃. This time, no fuel, but a good dose of adrenaline to boost you ⚡️. In March, you have a rendezvous on the famous Monza F1 circuit for a charitable race in the heart of Lombardy 🇮🇹. 21, 10 or 5 km, it's up to you to choose your circuit 🛣️.
We start right away by setting the scene 📍. Nothing less than the legendary Monza circuit, famous for its speed and its many Grand Prix 🏆. You'll take the same route as the greatest champions. But here, no red flag 🚩, no safety car 🚔 just a mythical circuit ready to welcome you under the Lombard atmosphere of Italy 🤌. By the way, we don't want to put pressure on you, but the speed record during a Grand Prix was set at Monza 💨. The speed you have to beat is 370 km/h…just that (it's 9.74 seconds per kilometer, easy 🤠). Even Kipchoge succeeds at this level! ✋ Besides taking place in an exceptional location, Run For Life is a charitable race 🫶. The funds raised will help replant the Monza Park, a green jewel that was ravaged after the storms of 2023 🌳. Thousands of trees were uprooted, so the mission is to get nature back on the starting grid 🏁. Thanks to the last edition, more than 30 large trees have already taken root along the Mirabellino boulevard 🙌. You will run on International Women's Rights Day 💜, an opportunity to celebrate this important day. This event will bring together runners from all backgrounds on the starting line, ready to burn rubber for a worthy cause 🔥. So, whether you're a seasoned driver of the half-marathon or a fan of the 5 km, you'll find your happiness 🥹.
After your fabulous race, make a pit stop in the region🚦. Italy is famous for its architecture and gastronomy, so why not enjoy it? 🤪 Stroll through the Monza park (one of the largest in Europe 🇪🇺), visit the royal villa, the majestic Theodelinde, the duomo of Monza or even the piazza Roma. And if you want to go a little further, you are just an hour from Milan. There, you can load up on pasta, pizza, and risotto: everything you need for recovery 🍝. Buon appetito 🍽️.
So, ready to brush the kilometers / seconds? 💥
You will cover the royal distance of the half-marathon on the famous Monza circuit 🏎️. 3, 2, 1... Go 🏁
Not tempted by the half-marathon? Opt for the 10 km. The positive point is that the Monza circuit is flat and smooth, perfect for a PR ⚡️.
The 5 km course is fast and efficient, like F1 💨.

Foreign athletes from the European Union must provide authorization from their federation to compete abroad, along with a residence permit or visa
You can also obtain a RunCard (on the website https://www.runcard.com/) to be ranked. Ensure to check the card's expiration date. This card, valid for one year, allows you to participate in Italian races and be ranked.
For registrations without affiliation or RunCard:
Athletes registered with a foreign federation affiliated with World Athletics, not registered with their federation, club, or association, must sign a declaration of honor confirming their affiliation.
Lack of affiliation or RunCard does not entitle you to be ranked, but you can still participate in non-competitive events.
Please note that non-competitive races (where there is no ranking) do not entitle you to prizes in kind, cash, vouchers, bonuses, entry fees, or reimbursements of any kind.
Yes, a medical certificate is required for competitive distances. It must have been issued within the past year and certify that there are no contraindications to practicing competitive sports, athletics competitions, or competitive races. The certificate must be valid in Italy and presented in person at the time of registration. The certificate will be handed to the event organizer for which the RunCard holder is participating.
Foreign athletes not residing in Italy and not registered with a foreign athletic federation can participate in the 21 km race without providing a medical certificate but must fill out the liability waiver form. (The liability waiver form and medical certificate are attached to this e-mail).
