Once again, Finishers has the solution for you! 🫡 It seems like the lucky day for thrill seekers and distances greater than a Paris - Marseille 🙄. To enjoy yourself, you need to travel to Spain 🇪🇦, precisely to Cenes de la Vega in Andalusia where the Sierra Nevada Limit MTB Race is organized 🚵♀️. This cyclosportive offers you 2 courses over two days, so you will have to choose! The first day, it's the longest distance: 145 km with 3750 m D+ starting in Pinos Genil and ending in Cenes de la Vega 🧑🏭. The next day, there will be another event, probably for those less keen on kilometers for breakfast 🥐. 114 km with 2920 m D+. The organization is always in constant search for new experiences, TerraIncognita Sport is specialized in managing and organizing sporting events 🤩. Once you have exerted yourself, and not before, you can enjoy all the activities offered in the surroundings of Cenes de la Vega 🫶. To begin with, there are many activities to do in the nature 👀. True, with the race, you will have gotten plenty of fresh air, but put down your bike to swap it for a good pair of sneakers! Once your laces are tight, you will head for the Tajo de las Palomas hike 🌳, an 8 km loop, but you can also discover the must-see Alhambra, a timeless fortress, wrinkle-free! 🏛️ A few kilometers away, you can find yourself in the city of Granada, where you can have fun too 👒. To immerse yourself in Spanish culture, why not marvel at a flamenco show? 💃 Or if you prefer to keep exploring, many historical monuments await you: the Mirador San Nicolas to admire the city from above, the Royal Chapel for architecture lovers, or the Nasrid Palaces, a gem of Islamic art 🧑🎨.

The 145 km route will start at 7am from Cenes de la Vega. You will pass through Huétor Vega and then through Barrio de la Vega to then head to Canales. You will climb to Pinos Genil and then to Dunar. This is followed by a long journey to La Peza. From there, it will "only" be a descent to the Pradollano station where the finish line is located 🏁.
The start of the course will be at 8:15 AM at Cenes de la Vega for the 114 km. Similar to the other distance, you will set off towards the heights of Dudar and Quentar, continuing your journey to La Peza. Then you will need to turn around to reach the finish line at Pradollano 🏁.
145 km: departure on July 12, 2025, at 7:00 AM in the city of Cenes de la Vega.
114 km: departure on July 13, 2025, at 8:15 AM in the city of Cenes de la Vega.
10 hours for the Grand Fondo 145 km and 8 hours 45 minutes for the Gran Fondo 114 km.
Race numbers will be picked up at the Municipal Sports Center of Cenes de la Vega on Friday from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM, and from 5:00 PM to 8:30 PM, and on Saturday from 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM before the start.
Barrels and/or waterproof liquid bags: With a minimum total capacity of 1L.
Sunglasses and specific gloves.
Sunscreen: Total protection.
Electrolytes and/or mineral salts.
Food reserves: bars, gels, fruits…
Mechanical spare parts for punctures.
Carry cash and/or a credit card to handle any eventuality.
Use of a GPS device to follow the route.
