What if you turned your strides into a great act of solidarity? This <a href="kavval://pages/76475ad8-0e58-4f0e-a377-2e5984507e25" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">autumn</a>, head to <a href="kavval://cities/d613983c-e67c-49c0-8357-c4b5d4b05069" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Sceaux</a>, in the <a href="kavval://level2AdminAreas/383703c2-d96f-434d-b518-ddd0c44d9e9c" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Hauts-de-Seine</a>, for the Grand Défi Solidaire, a day like no other where you can run, walk, share… and above all <a href="https://www.france-sclerose-en-plaques.org/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">support research against multiple sclerosis</a>. This neurodegenerative disease affects more than 140,000 people in France, so it’s important to support research against <a href="https://www.chu-lyon.fr/sclerose-en-plaques-sep#:~:text=%2Dt%2Delle%20%3F-,La%20sclérose%20en%20plaques%20(SEP)%20est%20une%20maladie%20inflammatoire%20chronique,'hommes%20(données%202022)." rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">MS</a>.You’ve got it: it’s time to lace up for a good cause 😇. The race is organized by and benefits France Sclérose en Plaques! Whether you’re a casual Sunday sprinter, a determined runner or the king/queen of a leisurely walk, you’ll find the distance that suits you perfectly 🧤: <a href="kavval://pages/36cb519f-4d50-4a8f-823d-34dbe17cbd40" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">10 km</a> solo to push yourself, <a href="kavval://pages/c809acb4-a209-4539-a70a-d15d7110bbae" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">5 km</a> to jog or walk at your own pace, and even a 2.5 km route open to everyone, including <a href="kavval://tags/a13c0242-0bda-4a51-8fee-06f4e4f7fd3c" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">wheelchairs</a>, joëlettes or companions ❤️. The <a href="kavval://tags/1fc39264-8ba9-4528-aa43-b4d935b27bdf" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">little ones</a> also get their moment of glory with a 1 km route just for them—and who knows, maybe they’ll head home with a prize thanks to the raffle planned especially for them 🫶. What’s more, you’ll run through the <a href="kavval://tags/f8ee6e2a-ef5c-408e-8526-1a7fdb1fc9fa" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Parc de Sceaux</a> surrounded by <a href="kavval://tags/9aac2254-eb0d-4f02-a70e-ef56d14afd9d" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">nature</a> 🌳. As for the atmosphere, the Grand Défi Solidaire is a full day to share in a friendly and <a href="kavval://tags/d816c360-2b86-461f-b854-a807cd9b94ba" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">festive</a> vibe. Group warm-ups 🕺, massages, entertainment 🎤, partner booths—everything is designed so everyone can make the most of it. Even your <a href="kavval://tags/fc3efe58-8d3c-4c76-afb5-4f0085091320" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">dog</a> is welcome on the <a href="kavval://pages/5b49242e-6288-4e30-8649-74eb1ab8563f" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">walks</a>, as long as it’s kept on a leash 🐶. You run, you have fun, and you help others: the perfect combo, right? 🤝 If you want to support the <a href="kavval://tags/8f4b5272-ebbb-40e2-8952-7cd3ebf462a2" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">good cause</a> but can’t travel across <a href="kavval://countries/02f131b5-2117-4cc2-8074-e2330779abe8" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">France</a> 🚗, the organizers offer a <a href="kavval://tags/ca7ceea9-c8fc-4ec8-84ee-632cb1a9b4c6" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">connected challenge</a> throughout the entire month of <a href="kavval://pages/76475ad8-0e58-4f0e-a377-2e5984507e25" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">October</a> 📲. That way, you can run wherever you want over the distance of your choice and do your bit 🫴.Once you’ve finished your race, all that’s left is to... explore! 🔄 If you’re out of breath at the very idea of running again, we’ve got a program for you: sightseeing 🔍. Just a few kilometers away by car, you can visit <a href="kavval://cities/d554ec9d-1fd6-4810-be3f-13aa108299a1" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Paris</a> and its countless monuments, museums, Haussmann buildings...😍 But if you want peace and quiet, stay in Sceaux: the town has 120 hectares of parks and gardens, such as the <a href="https://www.sceaux.fr/annuaire-des-services-et-des-equipements/jardin-de-la-menagerie" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Jardin de la Ménagerie</a> or the <a href="https://tourisme.sceaux.fr/decouvrir-sceaux/le-jardin-des-felibres" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Jardin des Félibres</a> 🌳. Perfect for a Parisian-style picnic by the pond! 🗼So, ready to make your heart beat for a cause that truly matters? 🤗
