MDS Crazy Loops Contest Rules

Article 1 : Organization

The company Finishers (hereinafter the “Organizer”), in partnership with Marathon des Sables, is organizing a free contest with no purchase necessary, published on the website finishers.com, giving participants a chance to win race bibs for one of the MDS Crazy Loops 2026 destinations.

Article 2 : Duration of the game

The contest runs from Thursday, May 14, 2026 to Thursday, May 21, 2026. Any entry recorded outside this period will be considered null and void.

Article 3 : Eligibility requirements

The contest is open to any adult individual. To validate their entry, the user must:

• Complete the entry form (Last name, First name, E-mail, choice of destination).
• Agree to subscribe to the newsletters of the Organizer and its identified partners (Finishers and Marathon des Sables). Only one entry per person is permitted.

Article 4 : Prizes

Up for grabs are 2 MDS Crazy Loops race bibs, among the following destinations:

• Courmayeur - Fri. June 19 to 21
• La Rosière – Fri. July 17 to 19
• Morzine Avoriaz - Fri. July 24 to 26
• Courchevel - Fri. July 31 to Sun. August 1
• Val d'Isère - Fri. August 21 to 23

The winner will receive both race bibs for one of the destinations.

Article 5 : Prize limitations and conditions

Exclusions:

The prize includes only race registration.

Transportation, accommodation, meals, insurance, and any other personal expenses remain the sole responsibility of the winners.

Personal nature: Each race bib is strictly personal.

Resale prohibited: The resale or transfer of the race bibs to a third party is strictly prohibited. In the event of fraud, the prize will be canceled without compensation.

No deferral: If the winner is unable to participate (injury, personal impediment, etc.), no deferral to a later edition and no financial compensation may be granted.

Article 6 : Selection of winners

The draw will be carried out internally at the end of the contest via the AppSorteos application. The winner will be contacted by e-mail within 48 hours following the draw. If no reply is received within 7 days, the prize will be considered forfeited and may be reassigned.

Article 7 : Personal data

By ticking the consent box on the form, participants agree that their data (last name, first name, e-mail, language) will be collected by Finishers and shared with the partners mentioned in Article 3 (Finishers and Marathon des Sables) for commercial prospecting purposes and to personalize communications.

In accordance with the GDPR, each participant has the right to access, rectify, and withdraw their consent from the Organizer.
