Welcome to Peschiera del Gardaa, jewel of the Verona region, bordered by the crystal-clear waters of Lake Garda ๐ฆ. The place is so charming that one might think it's a relaxing stay... Monumental mistake โ. Because if you're coming here in September, it's not to sunbathe ๐. You've come to suffer long, very very long, to participate in the greatest endurance event in the world ๐: the Deca Ultra Triathlon.
Do you want to swim, cycle, and run until you go crazy? ๐คช It happens here ๐. We guarantee that by the end, you won't know in what order your organs are. And you have the poison of choice ๐: first, there's the classic format, which means you complete your triathlon in one day. Otherwise, there's the "daily" format, which means one complete triathlon per day, for 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, or 60 consecutive days ๐ฅต. Regarding distances, it's 3.8 km of swimming, 180 km of cycling, and 42.195 km of running, just that. And if you don't want to tackle three disciplines, don't worry, the organization has thought of you: you can also do 60 marathons in 60 days. Or just 50, or 40, or 30โฆ depending on your level of madness (and your budget ๐ธ). And the time limit to complete your marathons isโฆ24 hours! โฐ You have all day to manage your effort and accumulated fatigue ๐ฅฑ. As for the course, the organization tops it all off with a 50-meter pool, a 5 km cycling circuit, and a 1 km loop ๐ for running. Yes, confirming, itโs hell ๐ฌ. You sleep in a customized camping area, next to the Signorelli sports area, surrounded by athletes as crazy as you, and you start again every day at 8 AM sharp, like a delightful summer camp for great sports enthusiasts ๐.

Oh, and for those who love round numbers, thereโs also the โWhat's Your Limit?โ format: 1,000, 1,600, 2,000, 5,000 or 5,500 km on foot, also to be completed in maximum 60 days โก๏ธ. A kitchen is open 24 hours a day from start to finish, offering hot meals, snacks, and drinks as needed.
Your registration includes:
Meals: Sandwiches, soup, and up to two hot meals per day, including salad and dessert.
Food available 24 hours
2 food stands on the track with water, other drinks, snacks, and fruits (food and drink range depends on the weather).
Food and drinks for all athletes at the opening ceremony.
Fully covered transition area with refrigerators, freezers, hot showers, and nearby toilets.
Electricity and internet access in the support area.
On-site or on-demand bike service with pick-up and delivery service.
A free massage service for the entire race (depending on availability of massage therapists): all other massages have a cost of 20 euros each.
Lighting of the track and rest area at night.
Customized T-shirt and goodies.
