And until dawn, we will have a party! 🥳 We know you, friend Finisher, you love to run, but your other passion is partying after a race. We understand you well, and luckily, we have just what you need! We're heading to the South-West towards Dax, in the heart of the Landes, in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region. In full August, the city is preparing to host the famous Feria and is entirely draped in red and white. The Feriascapade combines the joys of running in stunning settings with the caliente atmosphere that takes the rhythm of the famous bands 🎉. It's been going on since 2006 and for many more years. Olé! 💃

Feriascapade is a 10 km event also open to para-athletes 🧑‍🦽. Even though you're surrounded by nature 🍃, the entire course is on a paved road. You will also have the chance to participate in a walk non-timed ⏱️, covering a distance of 8.5 km. The race starts in the beautiful arenas of Dax, which you likely know if you're a fan of Intervilles. After your exit from the toril, you'll head towards the pond of Boulogne wood to then join the athletics track of the Maurice-Boyau stadium. Once back in town, you'll be greeted by the iconic brass bands of the South-West that ensure good mood 🥁, not to mention all the spectators who know how to make themselves heard 🙌 to encourage you in the last meters. A little extra, never negligible: great rewards await participants at the finish 😍.

This Feriascapade is also a feast for the taste buds 😋. Because when you say South-West, you say gastronomic delight👌. It includes, first and foremost, the tasting of a Landes farm chicken or a blonde Aquitaine beef. On the lighter side, for those watching their waistline or just for a bit of good conscience, the sand asparagus from Landes are delicious. And for a sweet touch, the savory madeleines from Dax are to be enjoyed in the shade of a terrace. As for drinks, we'll leave that to you, what happens at the feria stays at the feria! 🤫
