Head to Hamburg for a weekend, where the Hamburgers will gladly trade ferries ⛴️ for sneakers 👟 during the Hamburg Half-Marathon (PSD Bank Halbmarathon Hamburg)! After a summer of adventures ☀️, it's time to go back to school 👨‍🏫. The beautiful German city opens to the world 🌍 in the month of September for a unique sporting challenge, in the port city largest in Germany! 🇩🇪 The event also offers a race for the kids! 👧

If you want to aim for the PR, it's perfect 🏃‍♀️. During the race, you will cross iconic neighborhoods of the metropolis, like Wandsbek or Rahlstedt. Be sure to open your eyes 👀 to admire the few beautiful monuments of the city, such as the Michaeliskirche, the most famous baroque church in Hamburg, with a tower offering breathtaking views over the entire city 🏙️, or the Speicherstadt, the largest group of red brick warehouses in the world 🧱, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site. Not everyone can be Hamburg... With its 2,500 bridges 🌉, Hamburg ranks as the city with the most bridges in Europe (more than those of London and Venice combined 😲). By the way, fun fact: the German city boasts 14% green spaces which is roughly equivalent to 14,000 soccer fields in total! Impressive ⚽️.
