Are you ready to attend a crazy event to push yourself? 😎 A demanding but motivating race awaits you in Saint-Priest, to unleash a maximum amount of energy! ⚡️ With a format inspired by HYROX competitions, the Hyrox Madec Challenge returns for a new edition. Don't worry, this event is based on the HYROX OPEN level loads ✅, so ALL profiles are invited. Beginners, confirmed athletes, amateurs, if you want to progress or challenge yourself, this fun race is for you 🔥. Reserve your weekend in March to head to the beautiful hall of CrossFit MADEC Saint-Priest and its exterior, to sweat like crazy 💦.

The format is simple: 8 sets of 1 km runs, interspersed with 8 functional station sets. It's sure to pack a punch 🤯. You logically start with 1 km run, and a first challenge: 1,000 m on the skierg, a good start to warm up your arms 💪. You continue with 1 km run, then get ready to push with all your might ☄️ because you follow up with 50 m of sled push. Start the 3rd km run, before reversing the trend and this time... Pull, pull, pull 🪢 with all your strength over 50 m to clear the 3rd stage, with sled pull.

You're halfway through, 1 km run then initiation to rowing 🚣: 1,000 m of rowing. Yes, it's starting to take a toll, but keep going. 1 km run, then bend down and up, with 80 m of burpee broad jump 🦾. You should start understanding the principle, you then run 1 km before doing the 6th fitness exercise: 200 m of farmer carry. No rest planned at the farm 🐮, but a good walk with weights at your sides. Then, 1 km run 🏃 (in case you forgot), followed by 100 m of sandbag lunges, a perfect exercise to practice kneeling for your beloved 💍. Don’t quit now, the last km run is here, along with the last exercise: 100 wall balls! 🏐 It's no joke, you'll really have to give it your all to the finish 💥. 

Given the program, sharing this with two 👯 might be a good idea. And if we're bringing it up, it's because it's possible. So find your perfect ally to join this race. Your duo 🔗 can be 100% male 🚹 or 100% female 🚺, but also mixed. Depending on your partner, the loads are adjusted on some exercises, with lighter weights for female duos ✨. If you're an individual in spirit, no problem in taking it on all by yourself. You and your motivation 🤪 (proving you're not really alone) are invited for a thrilling day with a great sense of accomplishment at the end 🏅. Stylish info: to be 100% in the event, you can order, in addition to your bib, a t-shirt or crop top 👕 to be the mascot of the race! If that's not class 💫, we don't know what is.

Exertion is great, but recovery is also important 🌟. Take advantage of the event location to visit the beautiful City of Lights 💡. Yes, Saint-Priest is just next to Lyon, and a little detour through the city's alleys is delightful 😉. We promise this time no need to run 1 km to do various activities 🤣.
