We know these first lines pique your curiosity, so we wonโt keep you waiting any longer... ๐ The program is quite simple; the trip takes place over nine days from September 5 to 13 ๐ . The five stages will follow from day 3 to day 7 ๐ฅต. The races often take place in the morning so participants can navigate between the stages in the afternoon โต. The first stage is the loop of the Baie des Russes ๐๏ธ, 14 km and 350 mD+, amidst an exceptional greenery offering breathtaking views of the Nosy Be archipelago. After that, participants will head to a new loop ๐, that of Marotony. This time they will tackle a 18 km and 250 mD+ course. For this stage, you will have to cross the Malagasy mangrove! ๐ฆ The third stage is the semi-marathon distance waiting for you, with 350 mD+ to spice things up! ๐ถ๏ธ The advantage is that these 21 km will pass quickly with the beautiful landscapes offered to you. You will cross forests, coconut groves, mangroves, beaches... ๐ Even your nostrils will be delighted by the scents of local spice and fruit tree plantations of all kinds ๐. Finally, stage 4, with the Nosy Lava loop and its 17 km accompanied by 150 mD+ ๐. The best for last, the final stage with a little time trial of 2 x 8 times km. This will be the last effort for your little legs ๐ฆต. And, to make you savor ๐ซฆ, we announce that on your last day you will go to the island of Nosy Iranja, which is considered one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Incredible, right? ๐ค

The Mada Nosy Trail is a stage race on the beautiful island of Madagascar and the program is as follows ๐๏ธ:
Stage 1: The Bay of Russians (14 km / 350 mD+)
Stage 2: The Maratony loop (18 km / 250 mD+)
Stage 3: The Nosy Berafia loop (21 km / 350 mD+)
Stage 4: The Nosy Lava loop (17 km / 150 mD+)
Stage 5: Surprise stage with a time trial of 2 x 8 km / 500 mD+
The stages don't necessarily follow one after the other day by day; between some events, there is a transit day to reach the new starting points ๐. The stages often take place in the morning so runners can enjoy the afternoons or transits. Start times will be announced to runners the evening before each event during the briefings ๐.

Each runner must have the following during the stage:
A minimum of 2L water reserve
A sahara-type cap or equivalent
A whistle
A survival blanket
A basic first aid kit: disinfectant, bandages, elastic plaster
Personal security identification and tracking sheet
Equipment checks will be conducted on the first day and before the start of each stage.
No, but the last participants must arrive by noon, as the afternoons are dedicated to navigation to reach the next stage.
This race operates on a self-sufficiency mode. Each runner must carry their own suitable refreshments as there will be no refreshment stations. 3L of water per runner and walker will be provided before the start. A light meal and drinks will be available at the finish line.
Each runner will receive a t-shirt and a 'finisher' item (or similar). During the award ceremony, each participant will receive a gift, such as local craftsmanship (or similar). Podium finishers will also be awarded.
Yes, a visa is required to enter Madagascar from France. This visa costs โฌ10 and must be paid in euros upon arrival at the airport.
