MSE Osiek Triathlon 2026

This is an event that has become a permanent fixture in the calendar of Lesser Poland (and not only!) triathletes. MSE Osiek Triathlon, held at the Molo Resort complex in Osiek, is synonymous with excellent surface quality, clear water, and a family atmosphere. It’s a place where many athletes set their personal bests over the 1/4 IM and 1/8 IM distances. The water in Osiek is usually calm and clean, and the start from a sandy beach right next to the Molo Hotel adds prestige and convenience to the race. 🌊🏊‍♂️ The bike and run courses are flat, running along paths near the water, which allows spectators to support athletes multiple times on every lap. The atmosphere here is absolutely packed with positive emotions! 🏃‍♂️🙌

After crossing the finish line in Osiek, you don’t have to look far to enjoy regal recovery:

Molo Resort – Relax by the water: Since the finish line is on the resort grounds, take advantage of what it offers. Resting on a sun lounger by the outdoor pool or on the pier overlooking the reservoir is the perfect way to calm your heart rate. 🏖️🍹

Carp Valley and local flavors: Osiek lies in the heart of Carp Valley. After the effort, it’s worth trying local fish specialties in one of the nearby restaurants—high-quality protein from Zator carp is an excellent building block for recovery. 🐟🍽️

A walk to the Ruins of the Palace in Osiek: If you want to stretch your legs, take a walk toward the historic Moorish-style palace. It’s an architectural rarity in this part of Poland and a great destination for a leisurely stroll. 🏰🌳

Energylandia within reach: If you’re racing with your family and still have some adrenaline left, nearby Zator (about a 15-minute drive) offers the largest amusement park in Poland. Though after a triathlon, roller coasters might be an extreme challenge for your inner ear! 🎢🎢

MSE Osiek Triathlon is an event that proves triathlon can be comfortable, fast, and exceptionally professionally organized in an intimate format. 🏁
