The event in a few words

If you’re looking for a race that smells of Normandy, pine forest, and sea air, Run’in Rose in Merville-Franceville-Plage is going to be a treat 🌊.

Here, you alternate between forest, nature trails, and sections on sand—enough to give you a playground that’s constantly changing (yes, sand has to be earned… but it’s worth savoring) 🏖️.

You pick your format: 4 km to treat yourself without complicating your life, 7 km for a nice challenge, or go all in with the 24-hour adventure solo, in duo or relay team of four if you want to turn it into an epic with friends (and then we’re no longer talking about “running”—we’re talking about “living outdoors”) ⏱️.

After the effort, everything is just a few steps away: go get some fresh air on Merville-Franceville Beach, head over to the Orne Estuary Nature Reserve for a peaceful walk, take a detour to the Merville Battery for a visit that leaves a mark, or pop over to nearby Cabourg for a stroll along the promenade and a drink on a terrace 🍹.

As a duo, with family, or solo, you’ll head home with your head full of images: here, you run in the green, you finish in the blue, and you quickly understand why it’s called Run’in Rose… because you can’t help but see everything through rose-colored glasses 🌲.
