You'll need to stay alert for 100 km! 🤓

Starting from Garde-Freinet, prepare for an epic journey! The first 8 kilometers will lead you to Vallon de la Court. You'll tread mountainous trails to reach Cogolin at the 25 km mark. From there, you'll make your way to La Môle 💪. You'll head to Cavalaire along the coastline, following the route of "La Riviera" 🤓.

60 km, 2,000 m elevation gain, and hours spent admiring the sea, the mountains, and the natural beauty! 🤩

The race starts at the town hall of La Môle, at the end of the airfield ✈️. You'll jump right into a challenging start, heading towards the Col du Canadel. But your first climb won't end there; you'll need to keep pushing until you reach km 14, the highest point of the course ⬆️. From there, you'll enjoy breathtaking views of the entire baie de Cavalaire! 🌊 Speaking of Cavalaire, you'll descend towards the seaside to enjoy some flat, paved terrain 🤗. At km 25, get ready for another climb! You'll ascend to Montjean and its Col des Tuiles. Descending the other side of the mountain, you'll follow along La Môle and climb up to Peinier ⛰️. Well done, that's the last major hill of the route! However, you still have 20 kilometers to go, so don't rest on your laurels just yet 😂.

You'll cross the finish line in Gassin! 🏁

26 miles and 4 hills await you on your journey! 📈

Get ready for some winding paths! 🐍 You'll start from the landing beach of La Croix-Valmer. You won't be by the seaside for long as you'll be climbing upwards! ⬆️ The first hill will take you up to the Col des Tuiles and immerse you in the lush Forêt Domaniale des Maures 🌳. A steep descent will lead you to Môle, which you’ll follow for 2 kilometers. Here comes your second hill, which will take you to Peinier. You'll then run another 2 kilometers on flat terrain, giving your legs a slight break from the roller-coaster ride! But keep pushing, you're halfway there 💪.

You'll reach the Bourrian river and pass through several villages: Gourbenet, Verdagne, Gassin... Once you arrive at the Giscle river, brace yourself for the final hills before you can proudly raise your arms under the finish line arch at Grimaud! 🏁

A course that's 100% from Grimaud! 📍

Starting at the Blaquières complex, you'll run along La Garde and around Mont Roux⛰️. Climb up to the quaint village of Vernades and refresh yourself right after Bastide Neuve. You'll trek over the source of the Vallon du Puèro and follow its path to reach the finish line! 🏁

Starting at the Château de Grimaud 🏰, you'll descend towards the banks of the Garde. Then, you'll climb Mont Roux ⛰️, and from there, it's almost all downhill for the rest of the race! 📉 But before heading down, take a moment to enjoy the view of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez at night! The race concludes at the Complexe des Blaquières 🏁.
