Rzeszów Triathlon 2026

Rzeszów Triathlon is one of the most prestigious events on the triathlon map of Poland, combining sports competition with a great city festival. Importantly, the event also hosts the Europe Triathlon Cup, meaning that on these same courses you can feel the excitement accompanying professionals from all over Europe 🇪🇺. You can choose from distances of 1/4 IM (0.95 km swimming, 45 km biking, 10.55 km running) and 1/8 IM (0.475 km swimming, 22.5 km biking, 5.275 km running) 🏊. Swimming at Žwirownia, a fast cycling route, and running along picturesque Rzeszów's Wisłok are the perfect recipe for athletic success and great fun 💨. For the youngest, there is the Rzeszów Kids competition, so the whole family can taste victory at the finish line ✨.
