Yes, the Istanbul Marathon crosses the Bosphorus Bridge, renamed the 15 July Martyrs Bridge in 2016. You cross it within the first 2 km, from the Asian side to the European side. Further on, the Istanbul Marathon crosses the Galata Bridge, over the Golden Horn, before running along the Sea of Marmara.
