Why is UTMB considered the “Grail” of world trail running?
UTMB is the Grail of world trail running because this race, the most legendary in the world, links France, Italy and Switzerland around Mont Blanc over 170 km with 10,000 m of positive elevation gain. Founded in 2003, it oversees more than 60 international events. Qualifying for it via the lottery remains a feat.
