The concept is simple and addictive: 8 loops, 1 loop per hour, and in between you catch your breath, you chat, you refuel, you head out again. No need to start at dawn or finish in the middle of the night: here you play the consistency game, the mindset, and the pleasure of lasting 🧠.

And as its name suggests, you’re also running for a charitable cause: each lap counts double, for you and for Hope, and that changes everything about the group’s energy ❤️.

After your last lap, keep a bit of juice to enjoy yourself. Go wander the lanes of Lourmarin, head over to the Château de Lourmarin, then treat yourself to a break by the water in Cucuron around its famous pond, or a detour to Bonnieux for a view that puts your head back on straight. And if you want to end on a gentle note, a drink on a terrace in the village square is the most Provençal refuel there is 🍷.
