The event in a few words

You will embark on your next race on an island ๐Ÿ๏ธ. When we say Malta, what do you think of? Partying? ๐Ÿ•บ Well, no, wrong! We are here to talk to you about the famous Malta Marathon ๐Ÿค“.

Created in 1986, it is one of the oldest in Europe, nothing less! For its 41st edition, the organizer offers you 3 events: the famous marathon with its 42.195 km, the half-marathon of 21.097 km, and finally a walkathon ๐Ÿšถโ€โ™€๏ธ. This last event will follow the half-marathon course, starting at the same time, but with a little more time to finish the race. You have the choice to walk (of course) or run it. The idea is to offer a less competitive event ๐Ÿ† that remains challenging! ๐Ÿ’ช This city-to-city race will start from the old capital, Mdina, ending at Sliema ๐Ÿ“.

This race will not only allow you to surpass yourself but also to enjoy the beauty of this Mediterranean island by running by the sea ๐ŸŒŠ, under a sunny sky ๐ŸŒž with fairly mild temperatures for February โ„๏ธ. By starting in Mdina, you are embarking on a race full of culture and history. Indeed, the city, nicknamed "Silent City" ๐Ÿคซ, is a historic town located in the center of the country. The former capital of Malta is renowned for its tranquil atmosphere, its quiet streets, and its timeless ambiance ๐Ÿ˜Œ.

If after victoriously crossing the finish line ๐Ÿ you still have energy to spare, head to the capital to dance the night away ๐Ÿชฉ. Known for its vibrant nightlife, Valletta hosts numerous festivals throughout the year ๐ŸŽ‰. If you fancy quiet strolls, head to Rabat, neighboring Mdina, which is ideal for family walks ๐Ÿ‘ช. If you don't feel like wandering on foot ๐Ÿ‘ฃ and are completely worn out from your race, don't hesitate to relax on the beaches of Golden Bay: one of the most beautiful beaches in Malta, perfect for resting after the effort ๐Ÿ–๏ธ and just a few minutes away by car ๐Ÿš—.

So, ready to take on the challenge and have an unforgettable experience? ๐Ÿ˜œ Register now and savor every step in this exceptional setting! ๐ŸŽ‰
