RunFest 2026

Ready to live the most festive race of your life? Hold on tight, it's going to be intense! 🌪️

Let's set the scene 🎬: late May, the racetrack of Cagnes-sur-Mer becomes THE place to be 📍. You'll run on the trotting track 🏇 (yes, the one for horses, but don't worry, we've cleaned it all 🧹😅), a flat surface like a pancake 🥞, 30 meters wide (you can run diagonally if you're whimsical 🎨). Whether you're aiming for the podium 🥇 or team "I'm here for the vibe and Insta pics" 📸, there's surely a format for you! The "8 Tours Tempo" in solo or in relay (for the strong ones 💪), the "4 Tours Groove" (for beginners or crazy sprinters 🤪), "Kids Run" for your little budding runners 🌱... In short, there's a choice like in fast-foods but healthier 🥗 (although the refueling is generous 🍪)! And don't worry, there are adjusted time limits 🕐, no one will pressure you if you don’t arrive like Usain Bolt ⚡.

Not good at mental math? 🤯 Don't worry, we've got you 🤗. The "8 Tours Tempo" is 8 times around the racetrack (yes Einstein 🧠) which is about 10.4 km! 🤗 It is available in solo, relay duo and...the chef's surprise 🧑‍🍳: 4-person relay! You decide who will be your comrades jockeys/runners (well without the horse obviously 🐴). It's all about running, the horses will be on vacation that day 😆. For 5.2 km, you can also participate in the "4 Tours Groove" in solo only this time! 🧍‍♂️ The little ones 🧒 can also be part of the party 🥳. Two "Kids Run" races are reserved for them: one for 6-8 years (450 m) and one for 9-11 years (900 m). We've said it's collective! 🫂 Yet it's far from over, the show has just begun 🪩! And now, hold on 🚨 we present you the gem ✨ of Runfest: the "Extraordinary Race" 🎭. You bring out your best costume from the closet 🤡 (unicorn 🦄, superhero 🦸, watermelon 🍉, ANYTHING), and get ready for the craziest race of your life 🎪 One hour of collective madness disguised 🎉 where you cross 3 generations of music. We walk, we dance 💃, we sing (badly, but we sing anyway 🎤), we do whatever... The important thing is NOT to win, it's to enjoy 😄! No pressure ✌️, just fun and crazy memories 📸! If you've never run in your life, this is YOUR moment! 🫵

But what's really cool 😎 is that your registration is useful! 1€ directly to the "Sourire à la Vie" association 💛 which helps children with cancer 🎗️ Every time you want to give up during the race, you'll say "come on, it's also for them!" 💪 and boom, you'll find the strength to continue 🦸‍♀️ Basically, your suffering = their happiness 😇 Isn't it beautiful? Your exploding cardio 💔 will help fund projects that truly change the lives of these children and their families 👨‍👩‍👧 So, you're running for yourself 🏃‍♂️ BUT ALSO for a charitable cause that goes beyond just the race.

Wait, this crazy day isn't over 🎢! All afternoon, the podiums will take turns 🏆 to applaud the warriors who gave it their all 👏 And in the evening, BOOM 💥, the racetrack transforms into a giant concert hall for Abba Mania 🎸! Three hours of show🌙 to sing out loud "Mamma Mia" 🎤 and "Waterloo" (even if you sing out of tune, no one judges here 😂). After this crazy event, you’ll still have the next day to enjoy the surroundings. The PACA region is full of surprises (at least as many as Runfest) 🎁 While you're here to run in Cagnes-sur-Mer 🏖️, why not take the opportunity to visit, right? The old medieval village perched up high 🏰 is a must-see (and the alleys will finish off your calves 😅). You have Nice 10 minutes away 🚗, Antibes and its Provençal market just nearby 🥖, and Monaco if you want to pretend you're driving a Ferrari 🏎️ (we see you 😏). In terms of food 🍽️, you MUST try the socca (a crispy chickpea galette, a delight 😋), the pissaladière (the ancestor of pizza but better 🍕), and of course a good pan bagnat 🥖 to replenish after the race along the seaside 🌊! Italian ice cream 🇮🇹 along the Promenade des Anglais🍦... we won’t even mention it or you'll start drooling 🤤 In short, come to run, stay for the vacation! 🏖️
