Over 4 distances, you'll move all around 🤪. Small yet charming, the "5 km MATMUT #BornToMove" is designed to be accessible to the widest audience: adults, children, Sunday joggers, or experienced runners. This free-paced event allows you to have a great time around a unifying idea: moving is good for your health! In good spirits, you'll run (or walk) at night and with music 🤗. Well, if you feel up for a bit more, you can double your effort on "10 km de Rouen"! ✌️ The smooth course is ideal to beat your record ⏰. Ready for more serious efforts? 🤓 The 21.097 km of the Half-Marathon is a very good start! Lastly, the marathon will allow you to enter the legend of a mythical race 🔥. Alone or in a relay of 4 to challenge each other with colleagues (formula reserved exclusively for companies), its 42.195 km route will reveal an urban course but varied at the start from the Departmental Hotel. On Friday, September 25, and Saturday, September 26, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the Departmental Hotel of Seine-Maritime. Access to the bib collection village will be via Quai Jean Moulin.
Optionally, for half-marathon and marathon runners, bib pickup is possible on Sunday, September 27, from 7 a.m. to 7:30 a.m.

No, it is not mandatory; however, you will need to present a PPS certificate dated less than a year from the race date.
In the Marathon and company relay Marathon, refreshment points (offering water, dried and fresh fruits, sugar...) are installed every 5 km as well as at the finish. A refreshment at the finish is available to all runners.
In the half-marathon, refreshment points are installed every 5 km as well as at the finish.
In the 10 km, a refreshment point is located at the 5th kilometer as well as at the finish.
Finally, for the 5 km, only one refreshment is planned at the finish.
