The event in a few words

If you’re looking for a race that smells like Nature and lakes, the Swimrun of the Montagne Noire in Cuxac-Cabardès (Aude, Occitanie) is going to be a treat 🏞️.

Here, you alternate between water and trails in the heart of a wild spot, between calm reflections and forests that make you want to speed up just “for fun” 🏊‍♂️.

Two formats, two vibes: the 9.4 km to discover the discipline without burning yourself out, and the 18.5 km if you want a real sporty getaway where every transition gets you going again… and where you finish with a smile (and calves that tell the story) 🥾.

After the effort, stay in the area: go chill in Carcassonne and its medieval Citadel, take a trip to Caunes-Minervois for the abbey and little streets, climb up to the Pic de Nore for an XXL view, or stroll along the Canal du Midi toward Trèbes for a well-deserved terrace 🍷.

And if you’re coming as a duo or with your crew, you can round it out with a little walk in the Montagne Noire forest or a sunset by the water… just to end the day in “let’s extend it” mode! 🌅
