The spirit is simple: it’s non-timed, so you come as you are, you move at your own pace, and you really enjoy the scenery… in short, you fill up on fresh air and good vibes 😉.

And after the effort, it’s time for “Provençal comfort”: go for a stroll in Aubagne, take a detour via the Sainte-Baume massif for a walk that extends the pleasure, stop by Gémenos for a quiet break, or head all the way to Cassis to end the day postcard-style 🌊.
