The event in a few words

Participating in a trail in the forest? A bit conventional ❌. Participating in a trail in the Spanish desert? Absolutely tempting! 🏜️ In April, pack your bags and dash to participate in the Trail de Los Torrollones in Alberuela de Tubo. Its unique routes will immerse you in the most picturesque natural trails of Aragon 🦂.

Ahhh...Spain 🇪🇸. Its beaches, its beach clubs, its lively alleys, we know you dream about it 😍. Well, this trail ticks none of those boxes 😂. You will find yourself in a desert setting following the trail of the Torrolones 📍. It is one of the most significant natural landscapes of the desert of Monegros, so you will be amazed 🤩. As for the course, there is something for everyone ☝️. You'll tackle either an 11 km route or a longer 17 km course. In any case, the elevation is not demanding 😎. You'll cover 400 mD+ for the 17 km and 250 mD+ for the 11 km, allowing you to really speed up 💨. Starting and finishing in Sodeto, you'll pass through Alberuela de Tubo. A little fun fact: Sodeto is known as the luckiest village in the world 🍀. In 2011, the entire village won the national lottery, hitting the jackpot of €124 million to share 🤝. We hope you have just as much luck there 🤞. In any case, all conditions will be met for your race to go wonderfully ✨. The Monegros Desert is known to be hot 🥵, but in April temperatures hover around 20 degrees 🌡️. Indeed! The organizers think of everything 🤓. After all, the goal is not to increase the fainting rate but the finisher rate 🤪. Whether you're a regular in the region or a globetrotter seeking new adventures, this race is for you 🫵.

After enjoying the spring freshness (🥴) of Northern Spain, why not explore the surroundings? 🔎 Just an hour's drive away, visit the charming city of Zaragoza 🚗. With its 2,000 years of history, the capital of Aragon has plenty to surprise you: The Aljaferia Palace, the El Salvador Cathedral, El Tubo, the Basilica of Pilar and many other monuments await you 🏰. If you prefer to stay away from big cities (we understand 👀), discover the majestic Sierra de Guara, a paradise for hiking and canyoning enthusiasts 🥾.

So, ready to explore this beautiful region? 😎
