The event in a few words

Ahhh...Deauville, the cradle of American cinema in France! ๐ŸŽฌ International stars have trodden this city: Robert De Niro, Clint Eastwood, George Clooney, and...you this June. And yes, this year, itโ€™s your big debut in Deauville, but this time as a triathlete ๐Ÿ’ช. After swimming in the Channel, speeding through the Pays d'Auge, and running on the Promenade, you can experience your own standing ovation amid the cheers of an excited crowd! ๐Ÿ‘

If you want to combine sports, nature, and celebration, this destination is definitely THE place to be! ๐ŸŒŸ Can you imagine it? Diving straight into the Channel ๐ŸŒŠ, with its whimsical waves and capricious currents (good luck๐Ÿซฃ). But don't worry, after this refreshing dip, you'll get on your bike ๐Ÿšฒ and ride through the Pays d'Auge. Amongst the bucolic valleys and the cheering Normandy cows ("Moo, you can do it!" ๐Ÿฎ), your eyes will be delighted ๐Ÿคฉ. To finish off this adventure, dive into an epic run, applauded by an electrifying crowd! This year, the event goes up a notch aiming for 10,000 participants! ๐Ÿš€ Don't panic, whether you're a triathlon gladiator ๐Ÿ›ก๏ธ or a new fish in the Channel ๐ŸŸ, Deauville definitely has a format for you! ๐Ÿ… If you want to take on the epic, opt for the "Long Distance Lepape": 1.9 km swim, 90 km bike ride, and 21.1 km run. If you prefer a challenge with some fun, choose the "Olympic Distance Loubsol", with 1.5 km swim, 40 km cycling, and 10 km run. For those who like a bit of spice without taking on too much, the "DO750 Asics" is perfect: 750 m swim, 38 km cycling, and 10 km run. If you're still undecided, the "Discovery Race" is ideal: 500 m swim, 23 km bike ride, and 5 km run. A 10 km Run & Music is also planned for a guaranteed dose of fun ๐ŸŽ‰. After all, we must celebrate the music festival, right? ๐Ÿชฉ

For the little budding champions, the MiniKids and TriKids will have adapted courses, because future stars start young! ๐Ÿฅ‡ If you wish to share the adventure with your friends, nothing is better than the relay! But in Deauville, the triathlon is not just about sweat, it's also a celebration! ๐ŸŽ‰ Everyone encourages each other, pushes each other higher, whatever your level ๐Ÿซถ. And as the cherry on the cake, this triathlon is responsible and inclusive โค๏ธ. The event is committed to a reduced environmental impact and making this sport accessible to all. In the end, isn't sport synonymous with sharing? ๐ŸŒ

And then, Deauville is not just about competition, it's also an incredible destination ๐Ÿ’ฅ. Once the medal is around your neck, stroll along the Promenade, visit the Villa Strassburger ๐Ÿฐ, or the Maison Eugรจne Boudin. If you're in the mood for a bit of culture, the Caen Memorial awaits you ๐Ÿ’ญ. If you prefer a little getaway ๐Ÿ’จ, enjoy a horse race at the racetrack or a polo match, because you're not the only one running in Deauville ๐ŸŽ. As for gastronomy, you're in the right place! ๐Ÿšช Between the camembert, cider, and oysters ๐Ÿฆช, you'll accomplish a real taste triathlon ๐Ÿ‘….

So, ready to face the formidable waves of the Channel? ๐Ÿ’ฆ

Because here, sport is for everyone!
A Sportive and Gourmet Adventure ๐Ÿ˜‹
You've pushed yourself? It's time to reward yourself, and you're in luck: Normandy is a paradise for foodies! ๐Ÿ˜‹ Imagine a creamy camembert, freshly opened oysters, a sweet teurgoule, and a small glass of Calvados to celebrate it ๐Ÿคฉ. A delicious way to recover after your achievement! ๐Ÿฝ๏ธ
