The event in a few words

"Welcome to the Jungle!"

If you want a race that makes you travelas much as sweat, UltrAspire Hot 25 in Hong Kong ticks all the boxes! ✅

Welcome to the island of Hong Kong, this land located on the south-east coast of southern China 🇨🇳. It’s a blend of urban jungle and wild nature! On the geography and history side, the metropolis impresses with its colonial past and its skyscrapers 🏙️. But did you know that just a few strides from these glass towers lie magnificent natural parks: historic reservoirs like Tai Tam and iconic peaks like Victoria Peak ? 🏔️ This trail will have you winding between Second World War military relics and dense vegetation where the sounds of the city fade away, giving way to the song of cicadas and the wind 💨.

Lace up your trail shoes and book your flight, because the running environment here is simply unique in the world ! Right in the heart of a megacity, you take on very specific trails blending urban surroundings, jungle, and wild aquatic sections 🌴. Enough to keep your feet nice and cool! This bib will take you on a quest—an adventure. The atmosphere is electrifying. In short, here you switch in the blink of an eye from ultra-modern asphalt to shaded trails. A real shot of adrenaline in the middle of the 5 elements! ☀️ Flights of concrete steps test your thighs at every surge, while the heavy, humid atmosphere demands careful management of your hydration 💧.

In this adventure, it’s up to you to choose your battle. With the 3 km Fun Run of "UltrAspire Hot 25", you treat yourself without burning out. A loop accessible to everyone, perfect for warming up the calves, sharing a festive moment, and soaking up the start-line energy in a dream setting 🔥. If you go for the 27 km, you think you’re signing up for the view, but you’re mostly signing a pact with Mike Horn and his killer elevation gain. The route takes you on real roller coasters where every summit conquered must be earned against the heat, but rewards you with a breathtaking view over the bay 😍.

And after this journey, you turn it into a mini-trip: go rest at Victoria Harbour for the sea air, or swing by Central and its escalators for an urban stroll (easy, of course)! 🙄 This dose of effort will make you want to find great spots and taste the traditions. For your taste buds, the local culture awaits you with open chopsticks! Recharge with delicious dim sum, a comforting bowl of noodles, or a traditional iced bubble tea! ☕️ To prolong the magic, hop aboard the century-old « Star Ferry » tram at sunset, or treat yourself to a crossing to Lamma Island for a seafood dinner with your feet in the water 🌅. When night falls, lose yourself in the neon-lit lanes of Temple Street Night Market to hunt for souvenirs, before heading up high to a rooftop overlooking the illuminated skyline to celebrate your medal while watching the « A Symphony of Lights » show.

Tighten your laces and pull out your explorer outfit to weave between jungle and concrete in the land of dragons! 🐉
