The event in a few words

Want to become a "neurorunner" and support a cause close to your heart? 🏃‍♂️ Then it’s time to take the start of the NeuroRun in Paris, in the heart of the Île-de-France region! 📍 Thanks to this charity event held all over France, you are helping fight Alzheimer’s disease, which affects more than 1.2 million people 🧠. The September back-to-school season is the ideal time to lace up your sneakers again 👟, and it will be even more so to become an ambassador for the cause 💪 and commit to promoting the NeuroRun challenge and the fundraising 💰.

This race is also a chance to test yourself over a distance without the pressure of the stopwatch! 😌 Yes, here there are no records to beat—well, except the one for donations raised for research 😉. You got it: the NeuroRun is open to everyone and takes place in a wonderfully friendly atmosphere! 🤗 And good news: since the course isn’t timed, you can even walk! 🚶‍♂️‍➡️Better still, you can register for 1 loop (5.5 km) or two loops (11 km) 🤓. Once you’ve crossed the finish line, you can put your sneakers away and cheer on the other participants! 🥳 The money collected will be used to support patients and their families throughout France. Plus, you’ll receive a neck gaiter and a welcome pack—pretty classy, right? 🤪

And if you’re not from Paris, no problem! 😎 Bordeaux, Nantes, Montpellier, Lille, Angers, Toulouse, Strasbourg, Lyon, Limoges or Rennes, the NeuroRun travels to 11 different cities! 🤯

Once your race is over, how about strolling around the City of Light? 💆‍♂️ You can relax your legs with a walk in the Tuileries Garden or the Luxembourg Gardens 😍. You can also discover the other monuments of the capital: the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre Museum, Versailles, and plenty more! 🏛️. To satisfy your runner’s appetite 🍽️, you can sit out on the terrace of a Parisian bistro to sample the specialties: croque-monsieur, French onion soup, or a flan to finish on a sweet note! 😇

Join the race to spread the message, talk prevention, and slow the progression of Alzheimer’s disease! 🧬

Become a Neurorunner 🏃‍➡️
If you take part in NeuroRun in person, you will officially be a "neurorunner". You will become an ambassador for the cause and commit to promoting the challenge and the fundraising effort for research against the disease 🎗️.
Forget the pressure of the stopwatch ⏱️
The goal here isn’t to beat a record, but to run together to advance research and prevention for Alzheimer’s disease. No format is timed, so if you’re not a running pro, it’s not a big deal! You’ll still need to train to cover the distance, but other than that, no pressure! 😝

A word from the organizer:
